Discover what it's like to work at Sherpa through the eyes of our team. During our Empowerment Day, we come together to celebrate, collaborate, and grow—both personally and professionally.

Deliverables

During each Empowerment Day, we take the time to share updates on Sherpa’s direction and our progress as a team. We discuss key milestones, new initiatives, and the plans for the upcoming period. These moments ensure that everyone is informed and shares the same vision for our future.

External knowledge sharing

We regularly invite industry leaders for Q&A sessions and presentations. This gives us the opportunity to learn from experts outside our own network, gain new insights, and refine our strategies based on external best practices.

Internal knowledge sharing
